Bye bye water weight! :D It is St Patrick's Day, here in Ireland there is mass and the a 1001 parades, I will not be going to Mass as I am not religious, however I shall be watching the St Patrick's Day Dublin Parade on TV :D

But first, I'm heading out for a walk, this is the earliest I have ever gone walking here(09:27am)but its gonna be a busy day later :D

UPDATE: Just back from my walk, its only a 1.38mile/30 min walk but there is a steep incline, a 60ft gain over a 6 meter distance, its like trying to walk a smooth vertical stairs, usually I take a break in the middle for a minute but today I decided to do it all a once and by the time I got to the top I felt so nauseous. I was so sure I was gonna be sick! Took a few minutes at the top, did some deep breathing and felt okay again. I have never felt sick while walking ever, it was so weird.

Happy St Patrick's Day everyone!

PS. Anyone calling it "St Patty's Day" will be gutted and hung by their legs :P Poor ole' Paddy was not a middle aged american woman :P

Have you ever watched those weight loss shows? The ones where they compete to see who can lose the most weight? I've watched them a time or two. I've seen contestants get really sick like that when they've pushed themselves hard like you describe.

Yes, i'm guessing i'm not ready to take the hill all at once yet. Won't be pushing myself like that again until I know I can handle it. :)
