I am following the keto diet. I have been trying to keep an "unrealistic" food plan... so I have been told. Any help or advise would be much appreciated. For starters... I am 6'6'' and played football and wrestled in middle school and high school. I have a pretty active job and work out on the treadmill 20-60 minutes per day. I currently have a broken hand in a cast so I am not weight training but will start back up when its healed. My dilemma is this... I have been trying to eat only about 1600-a maximum of 1800 calories per day still with low carb high fat and moderate protein... Every calculator says that I am not eating nearly enough. I have calculated myself today to be at 2745 calories/221g fat/154g protein/34g total carbs. Does this seem right? it seems high to me but im not a professional lol.
