Yay for you! You have very doable goals and I think it's great that you set three separate weight loss goals. That breaks things up and will give you a sense of accomplishment as you reach each of those goals. I split mine into two as well (20 first and then 15-20 more) Keep up the good work!

thank you everyone!!! (: I'm trying my hardest at this diet, and although I feel like giving up and cheating sometimes, I know that my old eating habits is what got me here, and what I'm doing now will take me away from here, and to where I actually want to be. Seeing the scale move in the right direction, is definitely motivation!

Hi Marissa, you're doing great gal! I'm in just about the same place you are weight wise, but with many health issues so can't exercise very much, which makes losing weight very challenging. I need to have my left hip replaced ASAP, & Dr says I must lose 25 lbs before he'll operate. This is because I gained the 25 lbs since he replaced my right hip & knee in 2012. The weight gain is mostly my fault, but I also had 2 infections in the hip incision which virtually had me bed bound for several months, so that also played a big part in my weight gain. I'm back on track now, & want to lose about 2 lbs a week, & to have lost all 25 lbs by mid-June. I have monthly weigh-ins at my surgeon's office, which will be very helpful in keeping me motivated & accountable. I will be praying for you, & wishing you great success in your continued weight loss & life time eating changes. Hugs, Glammer
