inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale: 8.9 %
inaccurate waist measurement horizontally across navel: 80.6 cm (nooiiice!)
blood pressure and heart rate: 96/61 - 61 bpm

This is one of those positive days in terms of results :)

130.1 lb Lost so far: 14.1 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Eudeide, I'm bad at math. How many inches have you lost in your waist? Please don't tell me in millimeters or centimeters cause I am worse at that than math. ;)

@Deb - I had lost 0.354 inches but, unfortunately, I've gained almost everything again today. It must be down to bowel contents or water or something ... :) Thanks!
