Ugh! Not staying on track too well. Dinner is my big downfall.....always.
DH has too many "doesn't likes"!He doesn't like most leafy greens, doesn't like any squash, doesn't like anything with tomato chunks, doesn't like any kind of peppers.....I could go on and on! What is DW supposed to do??????
134.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.5 lb a week

Are we married to the same man? Lol Dinner is also my downfall DH does not want anything to healthy but I like what I cook for him and DS so I eat my good stuff and munch on the things in make for them... *sigh

Dinner is rough for me. I know the saying about breakfast suppose to be your biggest meal but it just doesn't work for me. I try to eat the least at breakfast, medium at lunch and then use my extra breakfast calories at dinner. Just what's worked for me. I'm married to a chef/cook who's job is to prepare food and manage those around him. So skimping on dinner just isn't an option. Hope it gets better!

Before I became a SAHM I was a chef/cook so roasting and grill meats and sautéing veggies are just not as exciting. I too save my calories for dinner time because I know I will use them.
