Alright, today is the start of my 2nd 8 week interval. I lost about 7 pounds in the last 2 months which is awesome. So, to keep myself motivated I'm going to stick to the little goals and shoot for another 7 pounds for these 8 weeks. and another 7 pounds for the last 8weeek interval will put me right at my ultimate goal weight!!! just got to stick too it and stay motivated!
Also, I've had last week off from dieting and exercise. I got sick and have been really afraid to get on the scale today because I felt chubby and could of sworn I'd gained the 2 pounds back. But when I hopped on the scale this morning. I had only gained .4 pounds!! Which is awesome. My goal for the week off in between the intervals is to try to teach myself how to maintain, so that way once i get to my goal weight I will know how to maintain it.
