WTF! I am so confused this week. Last week I thought I should have lost more but I had some extra salt intake on Sunday so I figured it was just water weight but this week I did even better went skiing for several hours Saturday and I got nothing to show for it on the scale. I know its an up and down game and I could have just put on muscle that is counteracting the loss but man I am starting to feel like i'm going nowhere. Not sure what to do at this point. Do I cut my calories down or just stick with what I did last week.
