I am a body builder and not so much interested in weight as I am inches and body fat %'s. I'm looking to lose about 10 lbs of body fat and lower my body fat % to ~ <22. Right now my body fat % is approximately 28% (using a body fat scale/BMI). Right now my weight is around 147.6lbs.
