Stressed, eating poorly. I broke a tooth last week and waiting until later this week to get it fixed. Eating anything that isn't soft is difficult. 🙄
166.4 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
