It's been a while since I was on here. so much going on in real life that I just lost interest in trying. Everyone from my office is on this kick to lose weight and have started a team effort so I thought what the hell, right. At least I haven't gotten fatter since the last time I weighed in, so that's a plus. So, here's to losing a few by the end of May! I'm still trying to be vegetarian, and so far its stuck for two months. Just need to get my ars off the couch...
241.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 91.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I can relate to real life getting in the way (look at my weight history ouch) but finding a motivation point has always seemed to work for me. Mine is our upcoming addition to the family who I don't want to look at me and take on my bad habits. Find what works for you and use this site for motivation. Stick with it as I can attest it can be done (and undone ;( )
