So this morning I got the dreaded 'monthly' so typically I am bloated with fluid and put on at least 2-3lbs Well you can just imagine my shock and surprise to be down another lb! I dont know how that happened and right now I am not going to question anything. I am being strict with my diet following to a 'T' - however I am a little light headed and have a mild headache today - this could be from not really eats all my calories and also my period - which I cant tell but I will do better at eating my calories :) ya I am so happy not to have a big bloated tummy this morning!
