Weighed yesterday actually, got busy and forgot to put it in. But I'm holding still about 5 to go. I just want to remain between 155-160. I look good and feel good at that place. Thank you Lord!!!
160.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
