I have been sick for a few days. Not eating properly at all but haven't seen this number in a long time. I know it will probably go back up after I get back to eating. That isn't the right attitude now is it? Well, we will see what happens. Sick or not I am taking that weigh in and enjoying it for the moment! :)
140.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
