It's Friday! I have been back on program with eating & exercise on track for 5 days. I have lost 3 pounds, they are pounds that I had already lost and regained. I have 6 weeks till Easter weekend. I want to be at 152.6 by Easter. That would be 12 pounds gone. 2 a week. I think I can do it. I have a mini vacation during this time, but I will just have to be disciplined.
164.6 lb Lost so far: 46.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
