Gained weight after traveling to Omak and attending the Stampede. Consumed a lot of sugary drinks and treats (lemonade, soda, pie, icecream, chips, popcorn). I've got to resist temptations of sweets, sugar, and processed food to lose weight.
224.8 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 94.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
