Went out with the girls for my friend’s bday. I think I ate well by my calculations but had a lot of water. Going for a run in a little bit and some of it will sweat out.
139.9 lb Lost so far: 12.1 lb.    Still to go: 4.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
