Yippee!!! Under 200 even with TOM and water weight...that darn regular exercise is the key. Why do I have to be so stubborn, oh well, it all coming together now...
I weighed in a day early because we are going out of town overnight. I need to pack some healthy snacks, watch the skinny people eat and follow their lead.

CONGRATULATIONS! You were an inspiration to me back in Jan/Feb and I dropped off for a few months, but I came back to see that you kept going and reached your under-200 goal! Bravo! You will continue to be an inspiration!
