I expected an upward correction, just not this much. I think it's more fluid gain than fat, and very little muscle, though I hope there is some of that, too. I scarfed down 3000 kCal in 7 hours yesterday afternoon. I'm not doing IF, still doing my LGLCHF, so the timeframe wasn't planned, though the calories were accounted for. I'm sure things will settle out in the next few days.

My waistline hit a new low a few days ago (33.0"), and it has not changed, so I'm sure I'll be back on track shortly.

My goal today is to hit the protein hard, go low on fat, and keep the carbs in check. Yesterday was a high-fat day, so I want to go low to drop that average down.
185.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
