Well a pound is a pound thought I had done better cause on Thrusday I was down 4 pounds probaly water. Ate way to much yesterday. But still a pound is good, clothes fit a little better. So I just have to do better this week.

Well I went running for the first time in 3 years hello old friend
225.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
