Well I've set a new goal weight after being up a few pounds the last month. But I've been under stress and just not eating my best. Still working out but need to shake it up a bit. God is good I'll meet this goal, and soon. Thank you Lord!
161.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
