Up 1.6 lbs this week but my % of body fat dropped from 21.1 to 20.0 in a month. Small victory for me, eventually they'll all add up to one big one.
199.6 lb Lost so far: 51.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
