Yeah! Good morning starshiners! it's beautiful nice and sunny here! Just have to work through 8 hours at work and then off to enjoy the carnival weekend! Tonight dancing to a live rock band with friends - will try to hold back on drinks but not on the rocking :), tomorrow gym then evening again with good friends at a home party, Sunday we put on masks and go for a 15km walk and then go dancing in the streets, Monday and Tuesday the kids are off so some running around driving them all over the place. My work out this week at the gym was awesome, increased my weights by 1 kilo on each side, so if for 1 class I was using 3 kilo weights on each side, I tried to lift 4 kilos, and if was using 2 kilos on each side in another class upped it to 3 kilos. Yesterday finished with Pilates class in the eve and a 30 minute swim + sauna + steam. Today no gym but went for a jog at 10 minute pace for 7km and enjoyed it.I can honestly say i can feel some detail in my abs... notice the word FEEL from the inside...Weight still maintained but maybe is because i cheated and had like 8 biscuits dunked in tea which i did not log yesterday :) Have a great weekend folks! till next weigh in!
131.6 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
