Really messed up AGAIN!! Will start again today. I fell down on taking my vitals and keep track of calories, fat, carbs, etc. I need to keep praying and keep trying. I am not going to give up on myself this time.
286.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 111.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1612 kcal Fat: 66.69g | Prot: 105.60g | Carb: 145.15g.   Breakfast: Grapes, Jennie-O Turkey Bacon, Oranges, La Mexicana Mild Salsa, Egg White, Food Club Fat Free Cheese Singles, Great Value No Stick Canola Oil Cooking Spray. Lunch: Pork Roasts (Top Loin, Boneless, Lean Only), Wish-Bone Fat Free Ranch Dressing, Garden Salad (2 cup servings). Dinner: I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!
