Awesome, keep going ladies! TMI but I will be 50 in may and was always very on time with my TOM and then started going several months in between about 2 years ago. I thought I was done, I have not had a peroid in over 6 months and wham there it is. I am hoping that maybe as my hormonal changed continue this will help me get off of my plateau. I am not sure how much is plateau and how much is small amount of muscle gain. I started lifting weights about 2 weeks ago and enjoying it. /hugs, go PLEXUS! I am so glad I have my plexus, plateaus are not fun for anyone but I have never really had long plateaus. My weight has always been up and down constantly. So to just weigh the same for some time is reassuring me that I am eating better.
