felt good and accomplished alot over the weekend. went to seafood bar Saturday rather than Friday due to a few complications. Of course we over ate and with my metabolism, I gain 1.4#, while my wife actually lost a #, and we ate the same thing. lol.. but she has the advantage of the gym everyday, and we just cant afford 2 memberships so I exercise at home as she wanted/ needed to loose alot more than I. I really did this to support her, but got into it a little too much as I've lost more than I should have and it's become somewhat obsessive.
walk 5+miles a day most day's and not eat enough as well just to stay in the 130# range when I really would be better at 135-140#. but I'm Chronic Depressive as well as Bipolar l &ll. so that's partly where the obsession comes in.
Basically, the weight gained Saturday, into Sunday is what I lost thru this am, as I'm back to Saturday's weight lol..good thing is I didn't obsessive about it as much as usual, and I attribute that to my counseling session fFriday!!! think I'll stop weighing in so much, or at least not record it. 129.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 1.4 lb a week

I sometimes forget those on the other end of the scale who can become obsessive and even lose too much. Am glad you are finding a balance in this.
