A little confused today. I had a good week with some good choices based on my calorie intake I should have been down at least 2 pounds but alas it was not meant to be. I am finding my motivation to be non-existent for some reason. Outside of eating right and keeping my calorie intake down I am doing nothing. I can’t get the motivation to hit the gym and I can’t figure out why. I know that’s what I need to do to actually show some significant impact but for some reason I am just going along without the motivation to do it. The wedding is right around the corner and I have already consigned myself to the fact that I won’t make it to my end goal but that’s ok because I have already progressed so far. At this point I want to see some steady weight come off so I got to get going and find the motivation I had last year.

Milestones:
3.0 lbs - 75% to goal and COLOR CHANGE!!!!!
14.1 lbs – 100 pounds lost
23.3 lbs – According to BMI I will be considered in the normal range
32.6 lbs - To THE GOAL LINE!
182.6 lb Lost so far: 85.9 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
