No problem. Keep chugging. It works or it doesn't. You'll know which after a couple of weeks. I read a book one time called "Never let go" by Dan John. He's been training athletes for over 30 years and was a world class discus thrower. (I find the rifle is more effective on moose.) There was something he said in there that really struck me. "Everything works... for about six weeks." Keep on goning.
