I know I had meal planned what I ate yesterday (1400 kcals), but now it's gone. I'm sure I overate because we went to a different restaurant, being the one we planned to go to was closed. I ended up having a Bonzai salad instead ( Lettuce, fruit, candied pecans, and salmon, and minimal amt of sweet chili dressing.) I also ordered a mixed drink being that the salad was likely fewer calories than nachos, but more carbohydrate. At least I didn't gain any weight. I'm going to try to meal plan again.
220.2 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 90.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
