Can this be true? Can you lose 2.4 kg overnight? Or my scales are just playing tricks on me?
Yesterday was at a gym for having a private session with a trainer to have another training program prepared. She took into account that I'm loosing weight and add additional repetition times for fat burning.
I feel like a car has been driven over me :) - my muscles are in pain, and it seems it will be hard to move today.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 41.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well, you were pretty low carb yesterday and if it was a workout day, you burned off some glycogen stores in your muscles. You may also have dehydrated some as well, but don't discount that you likely did lose some weight. I've just made a spreadsheet that I add each days weight to. It takes the last seven days and averages them to give me a more likely indication of actual weight loss. Most of us fluctuate quite a bit each day. Salt, carbs, exercise, dehydration... they all have an effect.

Indeed, NM! Thank you for the advice/opinion. This may be true - I sweat a lot yesterday doing weight/strength exercises (and I usually don't sweat during them), and this morning woke up quite thirsty. Despite the fact that this most probably will be only a temporary weight reduction, and tomorrow it will be up due to salt I've already eaten today (oversalted my cauliflower pizza this morning), it looked sooo good! Almost 69 :) Have a good day!

I went to the water store here and bought a jug. It has one of those pull caps that you suck on and it's 2.3 liters. A little more than 2 quarts. I fill it once in the morning and empty it if I don't have a workout. If I'm working out, I have it with me during the exercise time and usually drink about half of it. Exercise days I drink about two jugs. I like it because I never have to guess at how much water I've had and the 'overhydration' tends to correct itself before the morning weigh in.
