Feeling defeated. 😦 I gained back 2 LBS after giving into my hormonal hunger & cravings yesterday. I also thought that I loss hormonal weight after experiencing a lot of waste dumping yesterday morning. Apparantly 2000 kcals are way too much for me, especially when much of it was empty calories. What's more surprising are the algorithms result in 2000 kcals being my maintenance amount. IT'S A LIE! The Fat Secret algorithm results that 1700 leads me to weight loss, but I believe 1700 is more of maintenance calories for me. 1200 is what I have to plan to lose, and 1200 kcals is not much. It's basically vegetables & protein sources, and small source of fat with every meal, and 2 servings of fruit or whole grains per day. If I have100 calories left over, then I'll treat myself to a serving of alcohol, or something I'm craving, but that doesn't happen every day. The over eating started with a "I'll treat myself to chips", and it didn't end there.

At the end of the night, I had hoped that the 500 calories spent exercising would somehow create enough deficit to prevent me from gaining weight. Apparantly, I was wrong.
221.2 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 91.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
