I'm really disappointed because I stuck to program and only used 3 of my 30 exercise points. However, this is the first week I actually used ALL of my flex points. I also missed three days of exercise due to scheduling conflicts. Still, it's hard to accept that I gained a pound. Even after having a great week last week, I still expected that I would lose a little this week. :-(
150.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

have you taken into account your sodium/water intake? may be the reason why? i find that if i have tons of sodium and not enough water i gain, get the bloat! and it sucks! anyway, it's onwards and upwards(or downwards on the scale) from here. you CAN do it! be patient, and it will come off! good luck!

Thanks for that! It's my first gain since I started Weight Watchers so it's a little hard to take. But thanks for the encouragement! It definately helps! :-)
