My weight stayed the same after consuming 1300 calories yesterday. I'm at the heaviest flow of my period last night and today, so there is hormones at play that may be causing fluid retention.

I plan to stay with the 1200 calorie restriction the rest of the week. 1200 works for me because even if I go over 1-2 hundred calories, whether intentional due to hunger or uninrentional, I can still lose weight. I also plan to work out most days of ths week up to 30 minutes by setting an alarm for when Bohdan wakes.
219.4 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 89.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
