Im trying..been watching what I eat and exercising every day...i thought I would of lost more than 1 lb
182.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 37.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week

You might have only lost a pound on the scale, but that doesn't mean you haven't lost fat. You can lose fat and not see it on the scale.
