Still at 159 I feel good look toned. I read something about building muscle and it e weighing more than fat and I wonder if this the case here lately for me. my clothes fit better, and look great. So maybe I need a body fat measurement smh.....idk but I feel good! Thank you Lord! Here's to health and wholeness, Be blessed.
