A ketogenic diet is not for everyone, however going off of all sugar and carbs had been a game changer. I am not tortured by hunger pangs. I can also eat fat and not feel guilty! Last night I made ice cream out of coconut milk, cocoa powder and Swerve, and it was delicious!
