I consumed nearly 1700 calories. I thought I had a few calories left in the budget for a small serving of icecream with my son, then finished what he didn't as well. Then I ate chips and taffy as well. I had felt full and put away my sushi, but gave into cravings as it got late at night until I decided to stop cleaaning the kitchen and go to bed so that I don't give into anymore temptation.
Because I gained a little weight from consimg 1700 calories yesterday, with little activity, I should budget 1600 calories for maintenance, at least on the days I'm not going to be active.
