my goal this week was to get in at least 80 ounces of water. I am writing everything down and have my alarm set to eat every 3 hours. So far, so good. I have a wedding shower this weekend. I am trying to plan ahead. everything in moderation and a grad party as well. I do not want to get to Monday and derail everything I have done this week. Wish me luck
157.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thank you. I need it. It is easy to blow everything after you have worked so hard in the week. I am trying to not do it this time. appreciate your comment.

every 3 hours? no~~Isn't that how babies get big and pretty. This is not a good idea for adults as you could give yourself diabetes. Every time you eat - insulin is called - and it will go up and down all day long. also your body won't have time to completely digest your previous meal. I got 'chewed-out' for saying this to a dear friend. She was upset with me because of being advised to eat these continual little meals (never allowing herself to get hungry) by a PAID nutrition person. She's now taking metformin.

I am on the 5 in 1 Optivia plan and they are supplements no greater than 110 calories and low carb. so they are not meals. 1 lean and green meal daily. It is working. I have done it before and lost 32#. i am 20# up right now. I know it works. I am also a nurse. I appreciate your comment. Cheers to us for getting healthy and developing new habits.
