I took this weight loss thing a little too far and now some of my preexisting conditions are flaring up. Looks like I'll have to take a break and see if I can get better, if not, looks like its off to the doctors for me.
Note: I did a lot of random movement, like take the stairs, walk around the office that I didn't record as exercise as well and not eat balanced meals. I lost 5 lbs but totally not worth the worry about my health and looming Dr visit.
