I gained a Lb while at the river for 1 day! There is no internet service to track my calories. I saved a bun and cheese, and ate a hamburger patty on a stack of vegetables instead at the 4th of July potluck, but ate approximately an 1/8 of a cup of each (not much vegetables) salads, as well as Ma's Beans and 1/2 serving of potatoe chips to go with it. I also drank a high calorie 16 oz cider, and a spiked huckleberry lemonade yesterday, which was so sweat, I had to dilute it with sparkling water to tolerate it. I may give it to the Johnsons. For lunch I did not plate my food before eating crackers, cheese, pepperoni slices, vegetables and dip. Not knowing the quantity of food I'm eating likey led me to overeat. In order to avoid that, I need to preplan my meals before going to the river, and plate my food, and follow portion control guidelines (1/2 vegetables, 1/4 meat, and 1/4 fruit or stach), so that I don't over eat.
221.6 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 91.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
