I am feeling good but need to cut back on unhealthy snacks and foods. - walking every day... too bad I ruin it by eating badly.... live and learn. Its a new day!
183.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week

You can get that off this week Kimberly just get out and walk every day and try eating clean for a week with no unhealthy foods.
