my goal for July is for breakfast to have protein shake and bar. for lunch have a meal prepared. lastly, for dinner have eggs. two snacks would be a cheese slice and peanut butter.
137.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
