Attempting to maintain my weight around 1700 calories / Day while vacationing on the Oregon coast. Unable to weigh myself till am. Plan on resuming 1200-1400 for weight loss Monday, and remembering to not eat 1900 or beyond to prevent weight gain.
222.6 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 92.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
