Well I lost 3 pounds and my goal is to just lose 1lb a week, so I am very happy. I consumed a side salad every single day as promised. However... I did NOT exercise at all.
I also had some moments of weakness where I went off diet and ate some things that were not the best for me,
This was Triggered by a few things...1) I need to go grocery shopping to stock up on the good foods.
2) I was running all over the place for my kids and ate fast food. I did eat a side salad but also french fries....
I Snuck in some reeses yesterday too. which wouldnt have been too horrible except I ate an entire king size pack in less than 2 minutes (4 reeses).
Overall I am happy. I guess small changes really can make a difference even with some of the not so healthy stuff still in there. Glad the scale still went down. My goal for this week is to continue to eat salad everyday (as much as I want) and still allow myself to eat everything else I really want (in moderation). I also hope to get to the gym a few times this week.
178.5 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
