I am not following any diet, persay. However, I am eating healthier and exercising a lot more. I will not focus on the instant gratification anymore, but instead, on the long term benefits of changing my lifestyle. I have given up the caffeine that I have been so addicted to for 15 years and that has proven to me that I can do anything that I set my mind to. When my new Victoria's Secret bikini comes, I will be taking weekly pictures of my progress. I will be happy in my skin!
