No change is better than gaining, I guess. I have to really push my workout today.
191.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 41.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

804 kcal Fat: 17.92g | Prot: 87.49g | Carb: 77.82g.   Breakfast: banana, chobani vanilla yogurt. Lunch: hellman's light mayo, Lite Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette, bumble bee tuna. Dinner: squash, grape tomatoes, mushrooms, asparagus, Brussels Sprouts, 2% cottage cheese, chicken breast with low sodium seasoning. Snacks/Other: laughing cow light blue cheese, wasa fiber crisp. more...
