I thought if I did weekly weigh-ins it would be less stressful and I could focus on losing a healthy amount of weight per week. Unfortunately I let myself cheat more that once and told myself ok I have 5,4,3 days left to get my act together it'll be fine lol. Lesson learned and back to daily weigh-ins.
215.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 45.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
