I lost 3 Lbs since yesterday, which I believe is mostly water. I noticed that my ankles were less swollen by afternoon After sweating in a 107゚ weather while volunteering fkr Ironman. Which makes sense after eating that many chips the day before. I also believe it helped to stay within the 1200 calories, and I avoided late night snacking with self talk, out loud, "no I've had enough calories, I'm not hungry, or I don't need that ,it will be there tomorrow." As well as prayed to God to help me overcome my cravings. I also went to bed when the cravings after became stronger around 10 o'clock, perhaps because I was tired then. I really wasn't hungry for more yesterday, and just ordered an iced mocha while getting Bohdan a burger, logging the calories as my snack. It's nice to know that I can have something like that as long as I track it, but I don't plan on making a habit of it. Therefore self evaluation of HALT is productive, "Am I Hungry? Angry? Lonely? Tired?" Then address the cause of those feelings directly, instead of stuffing them with food.

I know I will lose weight as long as I meal plan, track to stay in calorie limits, control my impulses, and avoid bing eating by not buying or making it unaccessable. "No, that is (Bohdan's or Don's) (chips or icecream)."
222.4 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 92.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
