I didn't want to weigh myself this morning, but not weighing is the equivalent of putting electrical tape on the dashboard to hide the check engine light. The light's still on, whether you can see it or not
153.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
