not sure why my weight went up, maybe because I'm not eating enough and my body is holding on? I don't know but I'm not going to let it bother me as long as I stay under 190! could be water weight.
188.5 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
