I consumed over 2050 calories yesterday even after preparing by pre-planning my meals yesterday. Even looked up the menu before going to a restaurant, but ordered pork tacos instead of fish tacos, which put me WAY over my calorie budget. Then I gave into my craving the taste and chewing of jerky, immediately after having an argument with my son. I would have been much better off only having 1 taco, and chewing on gum or staying out of the kitchen altogether when those cravings hit, but I have fewer urges, and think much better in the am than at night.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 94.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
